Terms and Conditions for the Purchase of This Product:

By signing this agreement, I authorize Christine Campbell Pate to charge the amount listed below to the credit card provided herein.

I agree to pay for this purchase in accordance with the issuing bank cardholder agreement. There are no refunds for the purchase of this product.

CONFIDENTIALITY AND INTEGRITY AGREEMENT:
By signing this agreement, I agree not to share any links, assignments, content or trainings used in this program with anyone. As an act of integrity and respect to Christine, myself and the other members (past, present, and future), I acknowledge that any and all information given and received in the program will remain protected by me and only shared with other active members of the program. I will not share access to the links, documents or recordings of this home study program, nor will I share any associated links, documents or recordings on social media. I understand that if I would like to promote any aspect of this program, I will contact Christine Campbell Pate for written authorization.

This Agreement is made today between the Coach of the Program. If you had enrolled in the VIP program, the program will include all the following:

A. Three 60 min group training calls with additional 30 min Q & A the first 3 weeks of each month
B. Fourth week of every month is Stretch Week.
C. Twelve 30 min private one on one coaching calls.

SCHEDULING
I understand that my clients have busy schedules and I take pride in not keeping them waiting or keeping them longer than
planned. Each group session will end 60 – 90 minutes after it was scheduled to begin and each private session will end 30
minutes after it was scheduled to begin. Please be on time. If the Client needs to cancel or reschedule the private
appointment, the Client must do so 24 hours in advance; otherwise, the Client will forfeit that appointment and lose the
session. All of the twelve (12) 30 minute private calls must be used by the last day of the program. Any unused private calls
will be forfeited.

PAYMENT

The Client will remain fully responsible for the unpaid balance of the program in the event of absence. Only under the event
that the client is unable to complete the program due to medical conditions which will require a letter from the clients doctor,
or if the coach feel that the client/coach relationship in not compatible can this contract be void. The decision to void the
contract can only be made by the coach and not the client.
Under no circumstances will the Coach refund any payments made by the Client. By signing this Agreement, the
Client agrees to be legally obligated to pay the full amount of this Program.

DISCLAIMER OF HEALTH CARE RELATED SERVICES
The Client understands that the Coach is not acting in the capacity of a doctor, licensed psychologist, psychotherapist, or
other licensed or registered medical professional. Accordingly, the client understands that the Coach is not providing health
care, medical or mental therapy services and will not diagnose, treat or cure in any manner whatsoever any disease,
condition or other physical or mental ailment of the human body.
The Client has chosen to work with the Coach and understands that the information received should not be considered
medical advice and is certainly not meant to take the place of your seeing licensed medical professionals.
PERSONAL RESPONSIBILITY AND RELEASE OF HEALTH CARE RELATED CLAIMS
The Client acknowledges that the Client takes full responsibility for the Client’s life and well-being, as well as the lives
and well-being of the Client’s family and children (where applicable), and all decisions made during and after this
program.

The Client expressly assumes the risks of the Program, whether or not such risks were created or exacerbated by the
Coach. The Client releases the Coach, his/her heirs, executors, administrators, and assigns, its officers, directors,
shareholders, employees, teachers, lecturers, agents, love coaches and staff (collectively, the Releasees) from any and all
liability, damages, causes of action, allegations, suits, sums of money, claims and demands whatsoever, in law, admiralty or
equity, which against the Releasees, the Client ever had, now has or will have in the future against the Releasees, arising
from the Client’s past or future participation in, or otherwise with respect to, the Program, unless arising from the gross
negligence of the Releasees.

CONFIDENTIALITY
The client acknowledges the coach and the AEL lead love coaches will keep all information exchanged during the one on
one private sessions in strict confidentiality. Additionally, the client is aware that the coach is prohibited from disclosing
protected personal information, except upon receiving permission by the client.
As part of my participation in this program, (AND OTHER THAN FOR PRIVATE COACHING SESSIONS), I agree that
Christine Campbell may video record, audio record, photograph or otherwise capture my likeness, voice, images,
interviews, and statements made, and hereby assign to Christine Campbell all rights and title to have and to use, royalty
free, any portion of my participation, for advertising and marketing purposes, documentary purposes, informational
purposes, training purposes, or any other related purposes.

CHOICE OF LAW, ARBITRATION AND LIMITED REMEDIES
This agreement shall be construed per the laws of the state of California. In the event that any provision of this Agreement is
deemed unenforceable, the remaining portions of the Agreement shall be severed and remain in full force. In the event a
dispute arises between the parties, either arising from this Agreement or otherwise pertaining to the relationship between the
parties, the arbitration shall be conducted on a confidential basis pursuant to the Commercial Arbitration Rules of the
American Arbitration Association. Any judgment on the award rendered by the arbitrator(s) may be entered in any court
having jurisdiction thereof. Such arbitration shall be conducted by a single arbitrator. The sole remedy that can be awarded
to the Client in the event that an award is granted in arbitration is refund of the Program Fee. Without limiting the generality
of the foregoing, no award of consequential or other damages, unless specifically set forth herein, may be granted to the
Client.

If the terms of this Agreement are acceptable, please tick the Ts&Cs box. By doing so, the Client acknowledges
that:
(1)he/she has read the T&Cs in full;
(2)he/she has had an opportunity to discuss the contents with
the Coach and, if desired, to have it reviewed by an attorney; and
(3) the client understands, accepts and agrees to abide by the terms hereof.
